The general objective of the project is the development of a new technologically advanced universal tool that allows decision in the integral management of the hydraulic public domain at the river basin level, in order to optimize the availability and quality of the resource, guaranteeing the satisfaction of the demands.

For this, the new tool should be able to generate simulations of water use scenarios, as well as the prediction of the states in function of the different climatological phenomena, changes in the hydromorphological conditions and variations in the physical-chemical and biological quality of the water.

The development of the project is scheduled to take place over two years (2018-2019).

The project is approved and financed by the Center for Industrial Technological Development (CDTI) of the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Competitiveness.
